Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings → Subscription
  • Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
  • You retain access to paid features until the billing period ends
  • No partial refunds for unused days in a billing period

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available in these cases:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical error
  • Charges made after confirmed cancellation
  • Significant platform downtime (over 48 hours) in a paid billing period

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Unused credits within a billing period
  • Partial month or period usage
  • Accounts suspended for policy violations

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Email support@tecarc.in with subject "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]"
  • Include your registered email and reason for the request
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge
  • We will respond within 3 business days

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method
  • Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer
  • All refund transactions are handled via Razorpay

5. Credits Policy

  • Purchased credits are non-refundable
  • Credits included in subscriptions expire at end of billing period
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts

6. Annual Plans

  • Annual subscriptions are eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused
  • After 7 days, annual plans follow the same policy as monthly plans
