1. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings → Subscription
- Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
- You retain access to paid features until the billing period ends
- No partial refunds for unused days in a billing period
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available in these cases:
- Duplicate charges due to technical error
- Charges made after confirmed cancellation
- Significant platform downtime (over 48 hours) in a paid billing period
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Unused credits within a billing period
- Partial month or period usage
- Accounts suspended for policy violations
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@tecarc.in with subject "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]"
- Include your registered email and reason for the request
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge
- We will respond within 3 business days
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method
- Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer
- All refund transactions are handled via Razorpay
5. Credits Policy
- Purchased credits are non-refundable
- Credits included in subscriptions expire at end of billing period
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
6. Annual Plans
- Annual subscriptions are eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused
- After 7 days, annual plans follow the same policy as monthly plans
