By accessing TecARC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including creators, brands, and agencies.
2. Description of Service
TecARC is an AI-powered creative platform providing tools for YouTube creators and brands. Our suite includes StudioARC (AI content tools), AdARC (AI video ads), and Workbench (developer utilities).
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- One account per person or business entity
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms
4. Subscription and Credits
- TecARC uses a subscription + credits model
- Credits are consumed when using AI tools
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Unused credits expire at end of billing period
- Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled
5. Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in USD
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
- Failed payments may result in temporary service suspension
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use TecARC to create harmful, illegal, or misleading content
- Resell or redistribute AI-generated outputs without permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models or systems
- Use automated scripts to abuse the credit system
- Violate intellectual property rights of third parties
7. Intellectual Property
- AI-generated content created using TecARC tools belongs to you
- TecARC brand, logo, and platform code remain our property
- You grant TecARC a license to process your inputs to provide service
8. Limitation of Liability
TecARC provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or data loss arising from use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 30 days.
9. Termination
We may terminate your account for violations of these terms with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TecARC after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notice.
