By accessing TecARC (tecarc.in), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including creators, brands, and agencies.
2. Description of Service
TecARC is an AI-powered creative platform providing tools for YouTube creators and brands including StudioARC (AI content tools), AdARC (AI video ads), and Workbench (developer utilities). We operate from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- One account per person or business entity
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms
4. Subscription and Credits
- TecARC uses a subscription + credits model
- Credits are consumed when using AI tools
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Unused credits expire at end of billing period
- Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled
5. Payment Terms
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Payments processed securely via CashFree Payments
- Subscriptions billed monthly or annually
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- GST applicable as per Indian tax regulations
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use TecARC to create harmful, illegal, or misleading content
- Resell or redistribute AI-generated outputs without permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models or systems
- Use automated scripts to abuse the credit system
- Violate intellectual property rights of third parties
7. Intellectual Property
- AI-generated content created using TecARC tools belongs to you
- TecARC brand, logo, and platform code remain our property
- You grant TecARC a license to process your inputs to provide service
8. Limitation of Liability
TecARC provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or data loss arising from use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 30 days.
9. Termination
We may terminate your account for violations of these terms with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
